Brightwater Engineering Ltd is a leading New Zealand engineering, Electrical, fabrication, industrial service, and maintenance company operating primarily in New Zealand. Due to a range of fresh opportunities, we are currently looking to employ the following important positions:
Electrical Services Manager
- Personal drive to grow Sales
- NZ registered with current practising license
- Predominately Nelson based but prepared to travel for site-based work
- Industrial Experience is essential. HV experience would be an advantage
- Supervisor/Leadership experience essential
We are looking for a capable Electrical Services Manager to join our Nelson Electrical team as an Electrical Sales Engineer. This position will drive growth in our Electrical business and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the electrical team, driving health and safety, commercial and financial outcomes, procurement, quality, and people supervision across a range of electrical projects.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- 5+ years’ experience as a qualified industrial electrician and demonstrated potential to succeed in an electrical and sales role
- Actively pursue sales and business development opportunities and implement strategies for increasing client retention and/or seeking out new clients.
- Proven ability to gain strong commercial outcomes through the course of a project
- Ability to strengthen client relationships while supporting the delivery of successful project outcomes
- Strong practical knowledge of health and safety in high-risk work environments
- The ability to develop skills in planning and executing electrical engineering projects from a contractor perspective
- Effective planning and communication skills
